Keskiyö was aptly named for the timing of his birth the last born at midnight in a litter of 6 (Keskiyö means Midnight in Finnish), he was chosen by Jennifer & Jay to live in Devon with Neka, with whom he later sired a litter of nine pups, being the foundation sire at Infindigo.   As a show man – he was very successful, the first Finnish Lapphund to win a puppy stake, the first Finnish Lapphund to place in a puppy group at a Championship show and the first to win a Junior stakes.  Then Keskiyö became the first Finnish Lapphund to win BIS at an open show and the first male to gain his ShCM, his house mate Neka being the first.
